What services do you offer?
At our company, we're all about capturing the magic and emotion of your special day through our wedding and event videography and photography services. We're passionate about creating beautiful, timeless memories for you to cherish for a lifetime.
How far in advance should I contact you?
We take bookings at any point, whether its 2 years or 2 days away from your big day.
Are you able to travel?
Yes, we do! We're a team of destination photographers and videographers who love to travel the world and capture special moments for our clients. Whether you're tying the knot in a far-off, exotic location or celebrating a milestone event close to home, we're here to help you preserve the memories for a lifetime.
What kind of technology do you use?
We shoot our weddings in 4k on Sony DSLR's (Sony FX3 and similar). We use tripods, monopods and steady cams for image stabilisation. We also have lighting equipment for those dark dance floors and a variety of sound recording equipment for crystal clear audio.
How are the ceremony and speeches audio recorded?
For the ceremony we use both camera mounted microphones and a small lapel mic attached to the groom and the bride to pic up all the vows crystal clear. For the speeches we again use the camera mounted mic but can also plug into the PA system if there is an Aux Line Out available, or if this is not available we will use a separate sound recorder placed near the speakers.
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Our charges are for a set period of time for weddings. However, if you require additional time, it is possible to purchase it either prior to the wedding or on the day of the event.
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?
Yes, we do provide extra hours for both photography and videography services. You can find more information about these options and their pricing on our packages and prices page.
What are the forms of payment?
Reservation deposits can be paid by either bank transfer, cash or crypto transfer.
What are your paying terms?
We take a 30% booking fee at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior the wedding.
Do you have a limit to where you travel to?
Filmarry team does not have a limit on how far we will travel in order to be a part of your BIG day! Having captured weddings across numerous cities within the UK and Worldwide, always remember that when you book us… we will be there!
What happens if I need to cancel/change my wedding date?
Once the details of your booking have been confirmed, any changes made by the client may only be made at the discretion of the photographer(s) and videographer(s). In some cases (like changing the ceremony date for a wedding), we may not be able to accommodate these alterations. Please note that under these circumstances, we are not liable to compensate the client in any way.
Do you shoot LGBTQ+ weddings?
Absolutely - love is love, everyone is welcome.
Do you shoot [insert your religion here] weddings?
We're more than happy to shoot any style of wedding no matter the religion or culture. In fact, documenting how different cultures celebrate marriage is a huge part of what excites us about my job.
Do you photoshop/airbrush photos?
Generally speaking, we don't tend to do any extensive airbrushing of the skin as we feel that the results can look incredibly fake. That said, we will remove any spots or breakouts upon request to ensure that you look your best in your photos.
